Security
All orders on www.tradingpost.ne1a.org are handled through PayPal, an online payment subsidary of EBay. Any credit card information is entered directly into PayPal's secure server, and never transmitted openly over the internet. All orders are then passed on the Section NE-1A Staff Adviser who ships them out of our office in Framingham, MA. For information about PayPal's secure process, click here.

Available Products
The NE-1A E-Trading Post offers all products available in the Section Trading Post at events. Products include conclave merchandise, Section NE-1A merchandise, and back stock from past Section events. A complete listing, with pictures, is available on the main E-Trading Post page.

Adding Products to Your Shopping Cart
To add a specific product to your shopping cart, simply click the "Add to Cart" button to the right of the product description and price. Your current shopping cart will display in a new window. To order more than one of a specific item, you can change product quantity in the Shopping Cart display. After adding a product, you may return to shopping by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of the page.

Checking Out / Paying For Products
When you have completed shopping on the website, you may complete check out in two locations. If you are on the shopping cart page, simply select "Secure Checkout" on the bottom of the page, and you will be provided with a summary of your order. From the E-Trading Post page, select the "Check Out." After entering shipping information, you may either pay with any major credit card, or, if you have one, your PayPal account.

How to Place A Conclave Pre-Order
To pick up your order at the Section Conclave (a conclave pre-order), simply select "Shipping not Required" on the Shipping Information page. By default, Section NE-1A will bag your order and have it available at the Conclave Trading Post beginning Friday night. All pre-orders must be claimed by Saturday evening, or the Section will not guarantee them in stock.

How to Place a Mail-Order
If you can not attend the Section Conclave, you may have your order shipped to your home or business through US Priority Mail. On the Shipping Information page, simply enter your shipping address and Section NE-1A will ship the goods to you. You will receive an e-mail when your goods are shipped.

The cost of shipping is automatically added when you place an item in your shopping cart. All orders are shipping US Priority Mail; orders ship within seven days.
